Let me just start this off by saying that thanks to Total
Health I have a new outlook on life.
I was diagnosed at age 22 as having Fibromyalgia. I
had already dealt with mittelschmerz and ovarian cysts, and
had even been through surgery due to an ovarian cyst
bursting and causing internal bleeding. I was on the
usual anti-inflammatories, muscle relaxers and
anti-depressants that are normally given to Fibro patients.
I had gotten to the point of taking 800 mg Motrin in excess
of 12 per day just to be able to be pain free. the
medication was making me feel worse instead of better, and
through sheer will power I broke its hold over me and
stopped taking the prescriptions. I learned to live
each day knowing that what I did today was going to effect
me for the following three days. I was living a pretty
sedentary lifestyle to avoid pain as often as possible.
Which is not an easy task to do with children and horses.
and becasue I had always wanted to be a Horse Judge and had
finally broken down the last barriers to become one, I
needed to be able to get through a weekend of standing for
12-14 hours a day. I would plan on being in bed for
three days afterwards, unable to move. I then further
complicated my health by herneating two lumbar discs.
I started to hear about Total Health on a Bulletin Board
that I frequented, where I was living vicariously through
the folks on there who were able to ride daily and race
weekly. Something i was not physically able to do
myself. I contacted Bob and we talked about my health
issues. He shipped me my first order of Hemoxide that
day. Within three days I noticed a change in my energy
levels. Within a week I noticed less pain. A
month later, and I was able to ride again and to barrel
race. I won't say I was pain free or cured of my
Fibromyalgia, but I was able to handle it much better than I
had been taking the prescription drugs. A year later,
I was able to go to my first really big barrel race where I
won $600 and a chance to compete in the Finals.
Something I never would have done without the Hemoxide. I
take the Nutrawound as needed for my back. If I know I
am going to be putting in a long weekend Judging, or doing
some particularly hard farm work (such as putting up hay)
then the Nutrawound comes into my routine to assist my back.
I keep a bottle of Nutraheal on hand to take for a few days
a month to help with my adult acne outbreaks that coincide
with my menstral cycles. I had never had much luck
with any acne product and would always look like those
before pictures in the magazine ads for products such as
ProActive. Which by the way did NOT work for me.
The Nutraheal really works to clear out the pores and keep
my acne under control. My family all take the Nutraflu if we
are coming down with a cold or the flu. Even my
children do well and cut their colds short, and when the
school was close to shutting down this past winter due to
the Flu, my children were able to continue going to school
throughout without incident.
I keep a bottle of Zonox handy for any cuts, scrapes and
boo-boos. My husband had his hand torn to bits trying
to hand feed the barn cats, and used the Zonox and within 5
days, the cuts looked like three week old wounds. I
use it as part of my mousturizing routine and love it for
both my face and the dry patchy skin on elbows, knees and
heels. And I gave a bottle of the Prostate-ez to my father
in law. He has trouble with his prostate, and while he
is still a big believer in prescription drugs, I was able to
get him to take it while he was recovering from a very bad
bladder infection that had backed up his kidneys. He
couldn't believe how quickly he felt relief. But I
still can't convince him to take it daily.
